Half life data

The reactivity of an organic peroxide is usually given by its half life (t1/2) at various temperatures. For LQ-BCHPC in chlorobenzene:

Storage

Packaging and transport

Standard packaging cartons size for BCHPC is 20 kg(4X5kg peroxide) net.Smaller packaging size is available on request.

BCHPC is classified as Organic peroxide type C; solid temperature controlled Division 5.2; UN 3114; PG II.
Rail (RID) and air (ICAO-TI/IATA-DGR) transport are forbidden.

Application

Polymerization of vinylchloride
BCHPC is applied as an initiator for the suspension polymerization of vinylchloride in the temperature range between 40℃ and 65℃.
