The reactivity of an organic peroxide is usually given by its half life (t1/2) at various temperatures. For CH335-B90 in chlorobenzene:
t = 0.1 hr
1 hr
10 hr Storage
For CH335-B90 Ts max.= 25℃ Carbon dioxide, Methane, 3,3,5-Trimethylcyclohexanone, tert-Butanol,Acetone Packaging and transport
The standard packaging is a 30-liter HDPE can for 25 kg peroxide solution. Both packaging and transport meet the international regulations. Safety and handling Keep away from open fire, sparks and other sources of heat or ignition.
Avoid contact with reducing agents (e.g. amines), acids, alkalis and heavy metal compounds (e.g. accelerators, driers and metal soaps). Please refer to the Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for further information on the safe storage, use and handling of CH335-B90. This information should be thoroughly reviewed prior to acceptance of this product. 1. Polymerization of styrene CH335 can be utilized to increase polymerization rates at temperatures between 90℃ and 120℃. 2. Other applications CH335-B90 can also be used for the (co)polymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile, acrylates and methacrylates in the temperature range between 90℃ and 120℃. 3. Rubber crosslinking Rubber compounds containing CH335 have excellent scorch safety.
